Who Are We?
We are based in the North East of England – we all work hard to ensure we do exactly what it says on the site – to sell you a product a lot less than you can buy on the high street and deliver it within the times we advertise. We combine this with a secure browsing platform which is full secured by an SSL Certificate as well as one of the most secure payment gateways in the UK. You see, it's not just a fancy name – we have worked hard to bring you a very safe shopping environment.
Our holding company is called efurn Limited, the primary function of efurn is the logistics, importing, exporting and storage of furniture - so you can rest assured we do know what we are talking about as far as furniture, logistics and internet shopping are concerned.
We do feel it's important you know a bit about us – so many internet companies hide behind a fancy website with nothing more than a bedroom as an office and a garage as a storeroom. If you are selling widgets then maybe not a problem, but when you are dealing with a major purchase you need to be sure your retailer has the ability to help you and not just act as a middleman between a wholesaler and Parcelforce!
Our business home is a 45,000sq ft Warehouse in Tyne & Wear which was built in 1998 (as we chose Tyne & Wear not only because of its heritage, growing economy, convenient logistical links & its close proximity to major motorways.
We cover 95% of the U.K. postcodes ourselves, however we do also use selected carriers whom can deliver to the more remote areas such as Highlands, Argyle and Bute. We deliver free of charge to all U.K. Mainland postcodes, with optional Two Man "Room of Choice" delivery services available at a supplement charge.
