UK Mainland - FREE Standard Delivery

We offer a free, one person, standard delivery service to all UK Mainland addresses in England, Wales and Scotland (£20.00 charge for deliveries to remote postcode areas*). Our free, one person, standard delivery service offers the delivery of your goods to your door step at ground level. This standard delivery service is an all day delivery service, between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. Assistance may be required.

The delivery lead time for this service is dependant on the item(s) purchased. This is provided within the product page itself. We also offer a calendar option on selected products where you are able to choose your date for dleivery. This is available at the checkout stage of our website. (*Please note - dates selected can differ slightly subject to demand with the transport company used. We will however keep you fully informed.)

UK Mainland - Timed Delivery 

We offer an upgraded, one person, timed delivery service at a supplement charge of £19.95 per order (£39.95 charge for deliveries to remote postcode areas*) – you will be offered this service at the time of checkout. With this service, you will be contacted and offered a 3 hour time slot as well as a date for delivery. The delivery driver will only deliver your goods to your hall way/passage, or to the ground floor. Assistance may be required.

TIMED DELIVERY UPGRADE PROMOTION - We are currently offering this service free of charge for all new orders over the order value of £300.00 (exl remote areas where there'll be a small charge of £20.00). 

* Remote postcode areas include: AB, CA, CT, DD, DT, EX, FK, IV, KW, LD, LL, PA, PH, PL, SA, TQ & TR.

Click & Collect Service

We offer customer collections, where you can come and collect the goods from our premises. We will contact you when your goods are ready for collection. You must notify us to let us know when you will be coming to collect your order, so we can have the items ready for collection. We aim to respond to all Click & Collect orders with information regarding the collection either by phone call or by e-mail within 24 hours (Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded). 

Where do I collect my order?
You can collect your order from our main warehouse in the North East of England, United Kingdom. The collection address is as follows: Childrens Bed Shop, c/o Efurn Ltd, Unit 14 Cherry Way, Dubmire Industrial Estate, Fencehouses, DH4 5RJ, United Kingdom, T: (0191) 654 2030.

Our collection hours are Monday – Friday, 9am-11am and  1pm–4pm. You must notify us of when you will be coming to collect your order, so we can have the items ready for collection.

What proof of ID do I need to bring?
Please bring your order reference number. If you do not have this then we will accept photo ID or proof of Address. Unfortunately, we will not be able to give you your order without any of these forms of ID.

What happens if something I have ordered is not available?
On the rare occasion that a product you order is not available for an extended length of time, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity to notify you of the delay.

We are unable to offer deliveries to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland, Orkney and the Shetland Islands, Isle of Lewis, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

We are also unable to carry out deliveries to 3rd party carriers, should you wish to arrange your own transit to the above areas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
